Bio-Health Slippery Elm
I know slippery elm doesn’t sound very appetising, but I found this excellent for my Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), so much so I no longer needed to take my prescribed medicine and its natural too.
Nu U Maca Root Extract
I started taking these approximately 8 weeks ago, I am not sure but I definitely feel better, I was really struggling with quite bad anxiety, I even had a full blown panic attack and somehow these seem to have helped.
