Real Food Source Ground Walnuts

I absolutely love these, I used to grind my own walnuts down, but you get a 1kg bag here, already ground, it works out cheaper.  I use this to make banana bread and my favourite snack raw date & walnut bites.

Real Food Source Ground Almond Flour

Again, these save time and work out cheaper than buying almonds and grinding down, so light and fresh for baking.  I use this to make Banana Bread and Blueberry Muffins.

Whole Food Earth Organic Ground Linseed (otherwise known as Flaxseed)

Super healthy and a whole food too, I usually put a tablespoon on my overnight oats, I can’t say I can taste them when I eat my oats, but they are very healthy for you.  Once opened I store in refrigerator for freshness.

Chia Seeds

Chia seeds are super healthy, I mix these in my overnight oats.

Planet Organic Sprouted Rolled Oats 

If like me, you struggle to digest oats, I recommend these sprouted rolled oats, I don’t know the science behind it but they don’t give me any problems, ordinary oats can give me stomach cramps, I am special that way 😉

Pip & Nut Almond Butter

This is my absolute favourite nut butter, I use this in my brown rice pudding breakfast recipe, I use just a teaspoon, it’s delicious, vegan and no palm oil.  A small 250g jar goes a long way too.

Real Food Source Pumpkin Seeds

I add these pumpkin seeds to my brown rice pudding breakfast recipe.

Organic Sunflower Seeds

I also add these to my brown rice pudding breakfast  recipe, I try to buy organic whenever I can to avoid pesticides.

Peruvian Cacao Powder

Healthy, raw and organic, I use this to dust date and walnut raw bites.
